Maple Granola

So this is my first attempt at making granola. It got a bit more toasty than I’d like but its still super tasty! We’re going to be eating it on turmeric spiced porridge with baked bananas and more maple syrup. Yum!

So what’s in this delicious mix?

150g of oats
30g of walnuts
20g of sunflower seeds
10g of chia seeds
30g of coconut oil, melted
50g of maple syrup
a pinch of salt

As you can see all you need to do is mix everything together and then pop it in the oven at 150c for 20 minutes. Simple. The most patience you’ll need is waiting for it to cool so you can pop it in a jar for later… of just eat it straight away while its warm.
