Cookie dough bites
1 cup of oats
1 cup of raw cashews
2 tbsp of liquid sweetener (I use fruit syrup)
¾ tsp salt
3 tbsp of sugar (I used panela/cane sugar)
½ tsp vanilla paste
2 tbsp non dairy milk (I used soy)
50g of dark chocolate
1. Blend together the oats and cashews until they are a crumb consitency.
2. Add in the sugar, salt, vanilla, milk and liquid sweetener and mix again until a ball forms.
3. Add in your chopped chocolate and knead together so the chocolate is evenly distributed.
4. Divide into balls. They will be sticky to begin with and can be eaten right away or refrigerate them for a couple of hours and they will firm up.
