Dinner in Osaka… using just a kettle

During our time in Osaka I cooked breakfast/dinner for us in our room. We wouldn’t eat out every day at home so why do it on holiday? Also it means we get to explore our local supermarket!

Here is how I made dinner for us using just hot water from a kettle. It’s a simple miso noodle soup topped off with tempura from our local supermarket. On the side a small salad made two ways.
