Serves… well depends on how much sauce you like. I like a lot.
½ cup of Raw Cashews
½ cup of Non Dairy Milk
1.5 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp of Lemon Juice
2tbsp of Nooch
1. Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth. Depending on how thick/thin you want it
add more or less milk… Yep it’s really that simple.
You can add flavours depending on what your having it with. Garlic is always a good one, as is mustard or even chilli.
I like to add in garlic and then sir through chopped up cucumber for a taziki style sauce or simply pour it over a salad of spinach, peas and courgette ribbons. You can add whatever you want to it, it’s a great base to build your own recipe on.
The possibilities are endless. Tasty and endless.
